Por tal motivo, los objetivos a lograr son: simplificaci\u00f3n, flexibilidad y confianza. \u201cBuscamos un menor tiempo para la expedici\u00f3n de licencias y dar un mayor acompa\u00f1amiento en los tr\u00e1mites, con asesor\u00eda y herramientas que faciliten los procesos y eviten a los ciudadanos hacer largas filas o tener que acudir a una oficina de gobierno\u201d, dice Alfredo Aceves Fern\u00e1ndez, Coordinador General de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico municipal.<\/p>\n<p>En esta l\u00ednea, la primera acci\u00f3n destacable de la nueva administraci\u00f3n local fue la creaci\u00f3n de la Agencia Intermunicipal de Inversi\u00f3n y Competitividad, un organismo de colaboraci\u00f3n con un fideicomiso de capital p\u00fablico-privado para detectar oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n. \u201cA trav\u00e9s de este mecanismo apostamos por estandarizar las normativas de los municipios de Guadalajara y Zapopan para la apertura de empresas, a la par del impulso de una agenda de emprendimiento conjunta\u201d, afirma el alcalde Lemus Navarro.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograr los objetivos antes planteados, se cre\u00f3 el programa Ventanilla Empresarial, que ofrece acompa\u00f1amiento, orientaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n personalizada a los inversionistas para todo tipo de gestiones. Otra acci\u00f3n que busca impulsar la econom\u00eda local es la creaci\u00f3n de Digitr\u00e1mite, una plataforma para realizar el tr\u00e1mite de licencias municipales que brinda informaci\u00f3n completa sobre disponibilidad de uso de suelo y las actividades comerciales permitidas, desde la operaci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1os comercios hasta la transformaci\u00f3n de materias Mi Mercado AMG opera en etapa piloto en el mercado Mexicaltzingo, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio Federal Alem\u00e1n del Interior, Construcci\u00f3n y Comunidad, a trav\u00e9s de la oficina de Cooperaci\u00f3n Alemana al Desarrollo Sustentable (GIZ). \u201cEste proyecto es resultado del premio otorgado al municipio tras ganar el concurso Soluciones para la ciudad, convocado por la International Smart Cities Network\u201d, dice el Coordinador General de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico municipal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuevos sectores e industrias<\/strong><br \/> Los \u00edndices de las ciudades con mejores condiciones a nivel global consideran evaluaciones con indicadores que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la infraestructura y la fortaleza econ\u00f3mica. Aspectos relativos a la calidad de vida, nivel educativo, tipo de industrias y cultura son elementos clave para generar un ambiente agradable para las inversiones y las transacciones comerciales.<\/p>\n<p>En Guadalajara, los \u00e1mbitos econ\u00f3micos con mayor desarrollo son industrias creativas y el sector servicios. Desde los a\u00f1os 90, empresas insignia del sector tecnol\u00f3gico como IBM, HP y Oracle, por mencionar algunas, tienen sede en esta ciudad. Tambi\u00e9n, un gran n\u00famero de start-up ha encontrado all\u00ed el ambiente propicio para crear un cl\u00faster de innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad, Guadalajara tiene el ecosistema creativo, tecnol\u00f3gico y de innovaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds. Para impulsar la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas empresas, en el centro hist\u00f3rico se trabaja en una de las obras m\u00e1s importantes a nivel estatal: Ciudad Creativa Digital, a cargo de la Agencia para el Desarrollo de Industrias Creativas y Digitales del Estado de Jalisco. Aqu\u00ed se construye un complejo donde se instalar\u00e1n empresas de tecnolog\u00eda, universidades y negocios relativos a la innovaci\u00f3n. En l\u00ednea con este proyecto, a nivel municipal se cre\u00f3 el concurso Creativa GDL para dotar con recursos nuevas ideas de negocios.
