En M\u00e9xico, m\u00e1s de la mitad de los consumidores prefieren interactuar con marcas y proveedores a trav\u00e9s de plataformas como WhatsApp o Facebook, relegando en tercer lugar las tradicionales llamadas telef\u00f3nicas, sostiene una encuesta de la firma Atento, empresa especializada en experiencia al cliente.\n\nEs claro, la forma de interactuar entre las personas ha cambiado en el \u00e1mbito social y comercial. Ante ello, el sector p\u00fablico no puede ni debe quedarse relegado.\n\nPor lo anterior, el municipio de Santiago, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, entendi\u00f3 los nuevos m\u00e9todos de comunicaci\u00f3n y las virtudes que arroja la tecnolog\u00eda, por lo que implement\u00f3 el Sistema de Atenci\u00f3n Integral a Reportes de Servicios P\u00fablico, conocido como Santi, un instrumento electr\u00f3nico de atenci\u00f3n ciudadana v\u00eda web y WhatsApp, el cual, hoy en d\u00eda, ya recibe ocho de cada 10 solicitudes de la ciudadan\u00eda.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row ofrecer respuesta, en la gran mayor\u00eda de los casos, en un plazo no mayor a 48 horas, mientras que previamente hab\u00eda ocasiones en que el tiempo se iba a m\u00e1s de una semana\u201d, comenta el alcalde de Santiago, David de la Pe\u00f1a Marroqu\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al servicio de la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong><br \/> De acuerdo con el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi), se estim\u00f3 que en 2021 hab\u00eda 88.6 millones de personas usuarias de Internet, lo que represent\u00f3 75.6 por ciento (tres cuartas partes) de la poblaci\u00f3n de seis a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Bajo dicha realidad, a trav\u00e9s del n\u00famero de WhatsApp 81 8777 0695 o en la p\u00e1gina del ayuntamiento, Santi funciona para que cada solicitud tenga seguimiento personalizado por las propias autoridades municipales hasta que sea resuelto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?<\/strong><br \/> A diferencia de anta\u00f1o, los pobladores del municipio de Santiago que desean presentar un reporte ante el ayuntamiento, ahora disponen de una herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica adicional a los canales tradicionales que existen, como el caso del correo electr\u00f3nico, l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica para emergencias y, por supuesto, la v\u00eda personal o de ventanilla.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row una herramienta que opera las 24 horas, los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o. \n\nDe esta manera, los habitantes del municipio deben mandar un  \u201cwhats\u201d al n\u00famero mencionado o ingresar a la p\u00e1gina de Internet de la alcald\u00eda (www.santiago.gob.mx) y darle clic al icono de Santi, que est\u00e1 en la parte inferior izquierda. \n\nAparecer\u00e1 una pantalla emergente y el sistema advertir\u00e1 al interesado que, si se trata de una emergencia, marque de inmediato a un n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico espec\u00edfico. De lo contrario, el ciudadano deber\u00e1 elegir la opci\u00f3n de \u201cQuiero hacer un reporte\u201d. \n\nPosteriormente, la aplicaci\u00f3n ofrecer\u00e1 opciones de servicios p\u00fablicos (como bacheo, deshierbe, desazolve de r\u00edos y limpieza) correspondientes al caso que deseen reportar. El siguiente paso ser\u00e1 otorgar detalles espec\u00edficos sobre el asunto y datos personales del solicitante. Al final, el sistema generar\u00e1 un n\u00famero de reporte, el cual servir\u00e1 para darle seguimiento al caso.\n&nbsp;[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\"1_3\" limpieza de parques y jardines, pintura de camellones, poda, recolecci\u00f3n de basura, mantenimiento o sustituci\u00f3n de alumbrado p\u00fablico y obstrucciones en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica. \n\n\u201cEs la primera herramienta de vinculaci\u00f3n de este sistema integral que nuestro municipio pretende establecer para solucionar los reportes de manera efectiva\u201d, destaca el alcalde David de la Pe\u00f1a.\n\nLa implementaci\u00f3n de Santi implic\u00f3 una serie de retos.
