Estamos sentando precedentes en transparencia y en ser cercanos a la gente.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La primera etapa del Sistema Portales involucra a 14 de las 22 direcciones municipales existentes, del giro econ\u00f3mico y recaudaci\u00f3n, queda pendiente incluir la parte administrativa del ayuntamiento, como tesorer\u00eda, contabilidad, recursos materiales y planeaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl CAM ya materializa la atenci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del sistema, pero necesitamos que las direcciones de administraci\u00f3n, planeaci\u00f3n y tesorer\u00eda se unan, ya estamos en esa etapa que esperamos terminar este a\u00f1o\u201d, expone Mariely Covarrubias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas del CAM<\/strong><br \/> El uso de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, como el GRP Sistema Portales y la digitalizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y servicios en Campeche, ha tenido una gran aceptaci\u00f3n ciudadana, con base en encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Estos resultados positivos se deben, en gran medida, a la puesta en marcha del CAM, cuyos objetivos son dar un trato amable, proactivo y reducir tiempos de gesti\u00f3n.<br \/> \u00a0<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column personalizadas y cajas. En las ventanillas expr\u00e9s los tr\u00e1mites no demoran m\u00e1s de 10 minutos, como son las solicitudes de n\u00famero oficial, pagos y cotizaciones.\n\nLas ventanillas personalizadas atienden tr\u00e1mites m\u00e1s complejos, por ejemplo, las licencias de funcionamiento de giros de alto riesgo.\n\nDiariamente, acuden en promedio 450 ciudadanos al CAM, en un horario de ocho de la ma\u00f1ana a cuatro de la tarde.\n\n\u201cGracias al CAM, evitamos que los ciudadanos se trasladen de una dependencia a otra; las oficinas modernas, de trato amable y servicio r\u00e1pido motivan a la gente a asistir. En el primer mes de operaci\u00f3n del centro, recibimos a 10 mil personas, quienes hicieron pagos, tr\u00e1mites o solicitaron informaci\u00f3n\u201d, refiere la alcaldesa.\n\nAsegura que el CAM es ejemplo a nivel estatal de c\u00f3mo debe administrarse un municipio, porque lo hace m\u00e1s transparente, aumenta la recaudaci\u00f3n, detecta fallas de gesti\u00f3n y exceso de personal, que puede reacomodarse en otras \u00e1reas.\n\n\u201cEste centro tiene una ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, contigua a tiendas departamentales, y adem\u00e1s le pusimos cajeros bancarios y, pr\u00f3ximamente, habr\u00e1 de la CFE y de servicios de TV de paga, la intenci\u00f3n es que la gente haga tr\u00e1mites de todo tipo.\u201d\n\nY agrega que el Sistema Portales y el CAM son herramientas muy valiosas para aspirar a la autonom\u00eda financiera, porque proporcionan eficiencia administrativa.\n\n\u201cEl mundo ya es digital y es b\u00e1sico tener un gobierno digital, la digitalizaci\u00f3n es el primer paso para mejorar en todos los rubros de la administraci\u00f3n; necesitamos de los sistemas para tener mayor recaudaci\u00f3n y estar m\u00e1s cercanos a la ciudadan\u00eda. Yo quiero que en tres a\u00f1os se sienta el cambio, sobre todo en el funcionamiento interno del municipio y tener m\u00e1s control de los ingresos y egresos.\u201d\n\nCon base en el resumen de indicadores, en junio de este a\u00f1o, el CAM atendi\u00f3 cinco mil 677 solicitudes de tr\u00e1mites o servicios, de los cuales, se digitalizaron dos mil 653 en el Sistema Portales, es decir, un 47 por ciento.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row use_custom_gutter=\"on\" gutter_width=\"1\" _builder_version=\"4.4.2\" width_tablet=\"\" width_phone=\"87%\" width_last_edited=\"on|desktop\" module_alignment=\"center\" custom_padding=\"||0px|2px||\"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4\" _builder_version=\"4.4.2\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.4.2\" text_font=\"Roboto|300|||||||\" text_font_size=\"22px\" text_letter_spacing=\"1px\" text_line_height=\"1.8em\" header_text_align=\"center\" header_text_color=\"#628d3c\" header_font_size=\"64px\" header_2_font=\"Roboto|100|on||||||\" header_2_text_align=\"center\" z_index=\"57\" width=\"100%\" module_alignment=\"center\" custom_margin=\"0px||||false|false\" custom_padding=\"0px||0px|||\" text_font_size_tablet=\"\" text_font_size_phone=\"\" text_font_size_last_edited=\"on|phone\" header_font_size_tablet=\"33px\" header_font_size_phone=\"35px\" header_font_size_last_edited=\"on|phone\" header_2_font_size_tablet=\"\" header_2_font_size_phone=\"\" header_2_font_size_last_edited=\"on|desktop\"]<p>Catastro fue la direcci\u00f3n que m\u00e1s tr\u00e1mites y recaudaciones hizo en el mismo periodo, con 932 tr\u00e1mites y una recaudaci\u00f3n de 2 millones 821 mil 738 pesos; seguida de Desarrollo Urbano, con 527 tr\u00e1mites y 951 mil 925 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En total, el municipio de Campeche recaud\u00f3 7 millones 822 mil 480 pesos, en junio de 2022, por medio del CAM, registrando un tiempo de respuesta m\u00e1ximo de 38 minutos en la gesti\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los m\u00f3dulos de reclutamiento y recursos humanos atendieron mil 82 y mil 277 turnos mensuales, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Impulso al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico<\/strong><br \/> Pensando que Campeche necesita inversi\u00f3n, Biby Rabelo refiere que el siguiente paso es atender muy bien a los inversionistas, una vez que todos los comercios locales est\u00e9n regulados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn septiembre iniciar\u00e1 operaciones una maquiladora que generar\u00e1 empleos y es gracias a que en un mes dimos agilidad a los tr\u00e1mites y atenci\u00f3n personalizada.
