reuniones p\u00fablicas, asambleas o marchas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffffff;\">Las precampa\u00f1as concluyen el 12 de febrero.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffffff;\">El tope de gastos establecido por el Instituto Electoral del Estado de M\u00e9xico (IEEM) es de 42 millones 835 mil 15 pesos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffffff;\">La resoluci\u00f3n para los registros de candidaturas de Coahuila y el Edomex ser\u00e1 del 28 de marzo al 1 de abril, y el 2 de abril, respectivamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffffff;\">Una vez concluida la resoluci\u00f3n, la campa\u00f1a oficial ser\u00e1 del 2 de abril al 31 de mayo, en el caso de Coahuila, y del 3 de abril al 31 de mayo que habr\u00e1 decenas de miles de <strong>amparos, juicios laborales y recursos en tribunales.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Principales afectaciones, seg\u00fan el INE:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A la autonom\u00eda e independencia de los \u00f3rganos electorales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Al Servicio Profesional Electoral.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Limita la presencia permanente del INE en todo el territorio nacional y la expedici\u00f3n de la credencial para votar con fotograf\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Afecta la existencia de un padr\u00f3n electoral sin criterios pol\u00edticos y administrado de manera aut\u00f3noma e independiente de los partidos y el gobierno.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Afecta las condiciones de
