font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #00675f;\"><strong>\u25a0<\/strong><\/span>Firma del convenio Programa de Desarrollo Institucional Municipal y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (PRODIM) por las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas titulares de la Presidencia Municipal y de la Tesorer\u00eda, o bien, por las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas designadas para tal efecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #00675f;\"><strong>\u25a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #305b63; font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\">Despu\u00e9s de ser firmado por el gobierno local, las entidades federativas deber\u00e1n incorporar la normativa estatal aplicable al convenio y ser\u00e1 firmado electr\u00f3nicamente por la persona servidora p\u00fablica con cargo de Secretario o Subsecretario en la entidad designada para tal fin<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #00675f;\"><strong>\u25a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #305b63; font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\">Hecho lo anterior, Bienestar formalizar\u00e1 el convenio mediante la firma electr\u00f3nica de la persona servidora p\u00fablica titular de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Desarrollo Regional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #00675f;\"><strong>\u25a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #305b63; font-family: Roboto; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\"> Los convenios PRODIM formalizados podr\u00e1n modificarse a m\u00e1s tardar 30 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles posteriores a su firma. style=\"color: #00675f;\"><b>\u00bf<\/b>A qui\u00e9n va dirigido<b>?<\/b><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">A los municipios y demarcaciones territoriales de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00675f;\"><b>\u00bf<\/b>C\u00f3mo funciona<b>?<\/b><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">A trav\u00e9s del PRODIM, los gobiernos locales pueden ejercer hasta un 2 por ciento de los recursos del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social (FAIS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #00675f;\"><b>\u00bf<\/b>En qu\u00e9 consiste<b>?<\/b><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los proyectos que podr\u00e1n realizarse con el PRODIM tienen la finalidad de fortalecer el marco jur\u00eddico, organizacional y operativo del municipio o demarcaci\u00f3n territorial, as\u00ed como el mejoramiento de los servicios prestados a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>De manera general, se refieren a los siguientes tipos de proyectos:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">1.<\/span><\/strong> Acondicionamiento y equipamiento de espacios del ayuntamiento, o administrados por \u00e9ste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">2.<\/span><\/strong> La adquisici\u00f3n de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas y equipo de c\u00f3mputo necesario para las funciones del gobierno local.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">3.<\/span><\/strong> La elaboraci\u00f3n o actualizaci\u00f3n de normativa municipal.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">4.<\/span><\/strong> La impartici\u00f3n de cursos formativos para las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas del<br \/> ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las acciones, obras y conceptos permitidos se encuentran desagregados en el apartado
