#808285;\"><strong>Por Jos\u00e9 Manuel Arteaga<\/strong><\/span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 2020, el municipio de Saltillo, Coahuila, no era considerado uno de los m\u00e1s competitivos en el pa\u00eds, sin embargo, cuatro a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, se ubica entre los primeros lugares de 66 ciudades, superando a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guadalajara, Monterrey y Tijuana, de acuerdo con el \u00cdndice de Competitividad Urbana (ICU), del Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row use_custom_gutter=\"on\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\" sticky_enabled=\"0\"]<p>En la categor\u00eda de ciudades con m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de habitantes, Saltillo ocupa el primer lugar, gracias principalmente a su baja incidencia de homicidios y a una de las mayores tasas de percepci\u00f3n de seguridad entre la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El Presidente Municipal, Javier D\u00edaz Gonz\u00e1lez, destaca que la seguridad, el capital humano, la innovaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda, as\u00ed como la infraestructura y conectividad, han sido los pilares para alcanzar este liderazgo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cImpulsamos infraestructura de calidad, fortalecimos sectores como el automotriz, aeroespacial y tecnol\u00f3gico. Tambi\u00e9n apostamos por el talento local con programas de capacitaci\u00f3n alineados al mercado laboral, generamos alianzas con el sector privado y desarrollamos parques industriales que facilitaron la llegada de nuevas inversiones\u201d, afirma el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ejes de acci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gicos<\/strong><br \/>D\u00edaz Gonz\u00e1lez resalta tres ejes que han hecho brillar a Saltillo: prioridad en la seguridad p\u00fablica, desarrollo ordenado con infraestructura eficiente y gesti\u00f3n cercana a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos simplificando tr\u00e1mites con ventanillas \u00fanicas y digitalizaci\u00f3n de permisos. Somos un gobierno cercano a la gente\u201d, afirma. Desde el segundo semestre de 2023 y lo que va de 2025, se han concretado proyectos por cientos de millones de d\u00f3lares en sectores estrat\u00e9gicos como la industria automotriz, electromovilidad, log\u00edstica avanzada y tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDurante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, Saltillo y su zona metropolitana recibieron una Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera Directa (IED) superior a mil 400 millones de pesos (mdp), lo que representa una cifra hist\u00f3rica para la regi\u00f3n. Este monto incluye nuevas inversiones y reinversiones de empresas ya establecidas\u201d, provenientes principalmente de Estados Unidos, Alemania, Jap\u00f3n, Corea del Sur y Canad\u00e1, muchas de ellas proveedoras de sistemas electr\u00f3nicos y componentes para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seguridad, la prioridad<\/strong><br \/>El alcalde D\u00edaz Gonz\u00e1lez se\u00f1ala que su pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica en materia de seguridad se basa en involucrar a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy participan m\u00e1s de 123 mil personas en m\u00e1s de 500 grupos ciudadanos de WhatsApp. Adem\u00e1s, lanzamos el chatbot de Seguridad Comisar\u00eda Saltillo, que permite realizar reportes an\u00f3nimos\u201d, detalla.<\/p>\n<p>La estrategia incluye la coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobernador de Coahuila, Manolo Jim\u00e9nez Salinas; el Ej\u00e9rcito Mexicano; la Marina; la Guardia Nacional; y las fiscal\u00edas estatal y federal.<\/p>\n<p>A la par de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y coordinaci\u00f3n gubernamental, Saltillo invierte en m\u00e1s equipamiento para la seguridad, al destinar 86 mdp a prevenci\u00f3n, inteligencia y proximidad; incluyendo la instalaci\u00f3n de 30 c\u00e1maras de reconocimiento facial, 50 bicicletas el\u00e9ctricas, dos drones t\u00e1cticos, 25 casetas m\u00f3viles y cinco oficinas m\u00f3viles, as\u00ed como uniformes nuevos para toda la corporaci\u00f3n policiaca. En el inicio de la administraci\u00f3n, se entregaron 37 nuevas patrullas, de las cuales, 25 son el\u00e9ctricas, asegura el alcalde. Tambi\u00e9n se cuenta con 873 c\u00e1maras urbanas inteligentes, con monitoreo 24\/7, de las cuales, 200 tienen capacidad de reconocimiento facial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsto nos ha permitido ser la capital m\u00e1s segura de M\u00e9xico y la de mayor formalidad laboral, de acuerdo con el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi)\u201d, refiere.<\/p>\n<p>El alcalde sostiene que los robos, asaltos y violencia han disminuido, por ello, al primer trimestre de 2025, el 75.5 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n se siente segura, mientras que, a nivel nacional, el promedio es del 61.7 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Polo industrial<\/strong><br \/>En Saltillo operan tres grandes armadoras: General Motors, Stellantis y Daimler, adem\u00e1s de una amplia red de proveedores de alto valor. Seg\u00fan el Inegi, la industria manufacturera \u2014principalmente el sector automotriz\u2014 representa el 40 por ciento del producto interno bruto (PIB) municipal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaltillo ha capitalizado su infraestructura y capital humano, posicion\u00e1ndose como un cl\u00faster automotriz estrat\u00e9gico. En nuestra ciudad se ensamblan veh\u00edculos, se fabrican autopartes y se aplican procesos de alta tecnolog\u00eda y rob\u00f3tica. Esto nos ha convertido en un polo exportador: m\u00e1s del 60 por ciento de lo producido se env\u00eda a Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1\u201d, apunta el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p>La ciudad impulsa la expansi\u00f3n de parques industriales y la llegada de nuevas empresas. Actualmente, cuenta con 20 parques de alta demanda en 510 hect\u00e1reas, con una ocupaci\u00f3n del 98 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAqu\u00ed hay algo importante: en Coahuila y Saltillo ofrecemos alta certidumbre jur\u00eddica a las empresas. Estamos coordinados el gobierno del estado, ayuntamiento, Poder Judicial y Poder Legislativo. Los empresarios saben que en Coahuila y en Saltillo la ley se aplica\u201d, destaca.<br \/>Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n en un proceso de promoci\u00f3n para el arribo de nuevas industrias a la regi\u00f3n sureste. Y la publicaci\u00f3n Global Commercial Real Estate Services (CBRE) de 2022 ubica a Saltillo como el municipio m\u00e1s competitivo para el nearshoring en Por ello, se han impulsado las redes tecnol\u00f3gicas Saltillo Valley e Innova 5.0, as\u00ed como eventos como Innovaci\u00f3n 5.0 SLW.
