font-size: xx-large;\">Requisitos<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: xx-large;\">Los posibles candidatos para obtener los recursos federales y los beneficios del<br \/>Programa deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Carta de Manifestaci\u00f3n para la adhesi\u00f3n al Programa y la adopci\u00f3n del Modelo<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Integral de Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad y Modelo \u00d3ptimo de Catastro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Proyecto preliminar elaborado en la aplicaci\u00f3n web: Gu\u00eda para la Integraci\u00f3n de Proyectos Registrales y Catastrales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Certificado de informaci\u00f3n actualizada, que se genera a trav\u00e9s del Sistema Integral <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">para la Gesti\u00f3n de Informaci\u00f3n Registral y Catastral (SIGIRC).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Carta de Suficiencia Presupuestal que acredite la existencia del recurso por la aportaci\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">que corresponda y un oficio en el que la instituci\u00f3n beneficiaria se comprometa a no retirar <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">dichos recursos y destinarlos exclusivamente a la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Convenio de Coordinaci\u00f3n vigente con la Sedatu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Acreditar el cierre formal de los proyectos aprobados en los \u00faltimos seis ejercicios fiscales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Para el caso de proyectos municipales de instituciones catastrales, deber\u00e1n <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">participar en coordinaci\u00f3n con la entidad federativa a efecto de que los programas de <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">modernizaci\u00f3n se realicen de manera unificada en todos los municipios.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #999999;
