Asimismo, la Ruta de la Salud lleg\u00f3 a colonias, delegaciones y comunidades, acercando servicios m\u00e9dicos a la gente. Para evitar otro desabasto, se requiere una fuerte inversi\u00f3n y la coordinaci\u00f3n de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno. Adem\u00e1s, la conciencia ciudadana en el uso del agua es fundamental\u201d, menciona el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p>Otra problem\u00e1tica fue la gesti\u00f3n de residuos s\u00f3lidos urbanos (RSU), ya que el esquema estaba colapsado y el servicio era irregular, apenas hab\u00eda 57 trabajadores y camiones viejos para atender a m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de habitantes. Esto generaba acumulaciones de desechos, malos olores y quejas constantes en varias colonias, no era solo un problema de limpieza, sino un riesgo sanitario y un conflicto social que exig\u00eda respuestas r\u00e1pidas.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, la administraci\u00f3n municipal atendi\u00f3 esta situaci\u00f3n revisando t\u00e9cnicamente rutas, frecuencias e infraestructura, y escuchando a vecinos y trabajadores. \u201cEncontramos zonas sin cobertura, acumulaci\u00f3n de basura en tianguis y espacios p\u00fablicos, fauna nociva y focos de infecci\u00f3n. Lo que detectamos es que el tema no era \u00fanicamente de imagen urbana: estaba afectando directamente la salud p\u00fablica y la calidad de vida de los potosinos\u201d, precisa Enrique Ceballos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>OBRAS Y SEGURIDAD<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Todas las intervenciones realizadas han sido importantes porque benefician directamente a la gente: desde la pavimentaci\u00f3n en una colonia olvidada por d\u00e9cadas hasta la construcci\u00f3n de un paso a desnivel, o la entrega de lentes, sillas de ruedas y becas que cambian vidas, todas representan progreso y justicia social.<\/p>\n<p>En materia de seguridad, se profesionaliz\u00f3 a la Polic\u00eda Municipal, con elementos de carrera y en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con los Comit\u00e9s de Seguridad Ciudadana, lo cual ha permitido reducir la incidencia delictiva y obtener evaluaciones nacionales favorables.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, para solucionar el problemas de los baches, ocasionados principalmente por lluvias, se desarroll\u00f3 el programa Por Buen Camino, que ofrece soluciones duraderas y planificadas. Cabe resaltar que se super\u00f3 la meta de un mill\u00f3n de metros cuadrados atendidos en el primer trienio y \u201cvamos por un mill\u00f3n y medio m\u00e1s en este segundo periodo\u201d, confirma el alcalde.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>CULTURA E INCLUSI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El gobierno municipal tiene claro que la cultura y la inclusi\u00f3n deben ir de la mano, por lo que se celebran festivales como San Luis en Primavera y el Festival Internacional Letras en San Luis, y se garantiza la accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad. Tambi\u00e9n se procura tener un acercamiento ciudadano de primera mano con programas como Domingo de Pilas o Capital al 100, los cuales permiten recorrer colonias y comunidades todos los d\u00edas para escuchar, atender y resolver directamente las demandas.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el alcalde asegura que, al terminar su administraci\u00f3n, pretende dejar una ciudad funcional, segura, incluyente, con movilidad moderna, atractiva para la inversi\u00f3n y el turismo; una capital orgullosa de s\u00ed misma, donde se pueda vivir y convivir en style=\"color: #ff0000;\">CONTROL DE RSU<\/span><\/strong><br \/>El gobierno municipal ha implementado las siguientes acciones para una mejor gesti\u00f3n de residuos s\u00f3lidos urbanos:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u2022<\/span> Concesi\u00f3n del servicio de recolecci\u00f3n y tratamiento<br \/>de basura a la empresa Red Ambiental, con nuevas condiciones que ampl\u00edan y mejoran la cobertura.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u2022<\/span> Aumento de la plantilla a m\u00e1s de 600 trabajadores del servicio de limpia.<\/p>\n<p><span
