protecci\u00f3n de la salud\" y establece la concurrencia de los estados y la Federaci\u00f3n en materia de salubridad general. La Ley General de Salud rige a nivel federal y cada estado cuenta con sus propias leyes conforme a las particularidades locales. A los municipios les corresponden obligaciones como la promoci\u00f3n de la salud, la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades y las acciones comunitarias.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Los municipios tienen la responsabilidad de garantizar la salud a su poblaci\u00f3n conforme a los principios constitucionales y de derechos humanos que aseguran el acceso equitativo a la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Cerca de 45.5 millones de mexicanos carecen de acceso a servicios de salud, lo que representa 34.2 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan cifras del Consejo Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Desarrollo Social (Coneval).<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Garantizar el acceso a la salud impacta directamente la calidad de vida y la econom\u00eda de los m\u00e1s vulnerables.
